If you have little or no dental benefits, get coverage for cleanings, examinations, x-rays, fillings and extractions (Tier I). If you already have coverage, extend it with multiple implants per year and orthodontics (Tier II).

Reimbursement for out-of-pocket premiums paid to purchase a qualified health plan on the New York State of Health Marketplace. Limited funds are available and will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.
